Some tips on using Othermill/Otherplan.
This board was milled using a 0.01″ endmill from Think & Tinker
A few thoughts on soldering:
1) Ensure components are fully inserted, compared to traditional PCBs copper traces are not as firmly adhered to boards. Pushing on a component can tear copper off the board
2) soldering is a bit finicky Due to Lack of a solder mask. Using thin solder and thin tipped iron really helps
3) Don’t bother soldering unused IC pins, I find the pads occasionally lift away
